Most construction projects have changes and delays. Some contractors fail to claim their full entitlements, while sometimes variation claims and change orders end in lengthy and costly disputes. It shouldn't be like this.
In this construction claims podcast I provide advice to contractors and clients on dealing with variations and change orders. Thank you Stewart White for having me as a guest. It's always good to share my knowledge and experience with the construction industry. #constructionmanagement #constructionprojectmanagement #contractors #constructionclaims #constructionvariations https://exsolutionsgroup.podbean.com/e/esg-podcast-06-with-guest-paul-netscher/ |
